  • Problem is, that's not what insurance companies are doing any more, and haven't been for a long time now. Insurance companies, even if you have individual insurance, assign you to a pool of similar individuals.

  • Ha! If they're basing that data off of drivers in the Metro DC area, it's because they drive at least 15 miles per hour slower than everyone else around them. You do far less damage to your car if you hit something at a slower speed.
